We understand that sometimes schedules change and unforeseen circumstances can arise. However, in consideration of our dedicated stylists and other clients, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following policy: Starting Nov 1st We require at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours or less will incur a charge of 40% of the services booked or the option to reschedule. No shows will be automatically charged 40% of the services booked! We recognize that life can be unpredictable and will always do our best to work with you. Our goal is to provide all of our clients with the best service experience, and adhering to this policy helps us achieve that. We greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
